Polychrome earthenware. Dated 1942. Commissioned as a souvenir for a German submarine corps. The bottom frieze is composed of nine countries probably visited by this corps: Deutschland - Holland - Belgien - Frankreich - Litauen - Lettand - Estland - Finnland- Russland. Jump of enamel on the edge of the mug.
