Islettes plate on the ascent of Pilâtre de Rozier

This plate depicts Jean-François Pilâtre de Rozier's ascent of the Palace of Versailles on June 23, 1784, in front of the court.

 He set a triple record: distance (52 km), speed (60 km/h), and altitude (approximately 3,000 m).
